    Sales Associate (Data Privacy Solutions)

    Our client is a fast-growing compliance technology firm seeking to hire a Sales Associate (Data Privacy Solutions) who will be responsible for driving awareness, generating leads, and managing the sales process for the suite of privacy compliance offerings.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

    • Identify and qualify prospects across a wide range of industries.
    • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, events, and industry networks.
    • Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate opportunity tracking.

    Discovery & Consultation

    • Conduct discovery calls to understand clients’ data protection needs and challenges.
    • Work with the privacy advisory team to prepare tailored proposals, audit scopes, and service recommendations.
    • Communicate the benefits of privacy audits, DPIAs, training, and compliance automation tools.

    Sales Execution

    • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations.
    • Support negotiation and contracting processes for privacy engagements.
    • Ensure a seamless handover to the delivery or customer success team post-sale.

    Relationship Building

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with compliance, legal, HR, IT, and executive stakeholders.
    • Follow up post-engagement to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals and referrals.
    • Represent the organization at privacy and compliance events, conferences, and webinars. 

    Qualifications

    • A degree in business, marketing, law, or a related field.
    • Experienced in B2B sales, preferably in technology, consulting, or professional services.
    • Interest or familiarity with data protection laws and compliance frameworks.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple leads, meet targets, and work independently.
    • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is an advantage.
