• The individual will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training to the sales team.
• Day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, promoting products, managing sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct and implement Training programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
