Credit Analyst at FUNDiT Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan requests with a focus on LPO and Invoice Discounting facilities.
• Conduct credit risk analysis using financial statements, bank data, and industry benchmarks.
• Perform due diligence and validate documents such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and contracts.
• Prepare and present detailed credit reports with recommendations to management/credit committee.
• Monitor approved credit facilities to ensure performance and early detection of default risks.
• Support collections and recovery processes as needed.
• Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience as a Credit Analyst, preferably in a finance or lending institution.
• Strong background in LPO financing and invoice discounting is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIBN) are an added advantage.
