• We are seeking to fill the role of Sales and Marketing Officer. We are looking for a team player who will grow with the company.

Role Brief

• Organizing sales visits
• Demonstrating good product/service knowledge and presenting training and consultancy services
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEO, PPC and marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and measuring and reporting results and insights
• Brainstorm new and creative sales growth strategies
• Design website banners and assist with web visuals
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Meet and exceed set monthly sales target
• Maintain sales funnel and pipeline
• Follow-up payments with customers by submitting Statement of Accounts.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of a National Diploma in Marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of progressive sales experience
• Sales experience in the training and consultancy industry is a plus
• Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Graphic design is an added advantage
• Good teamwork skills
• Attention to details, good organization and planning skills and networking ability
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and writing skills
• Self-starter and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Independent self-starter and flexible team player.

Remuneration
N40,000 plus 11% Commission on Sales per month.
