Sales and Marketing Officer (Insurance) - Kano at Dunn & Braxton

The ideal candidate must be a persuasive communicator with a strong understanding of the Nigerian insurance market and a passion for achieving ambitious sales milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to prospective individual and corporate clients to pitch both life and non-life insurance products.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual premium targets.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments for clients to recommend the most appropriate insurance policies and coverage levels.
• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing policyholders to ensure high retention rates and cross-selling opportunities.
• Facilitate the policy documentation process and provide necessary support to clients during the claims process.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or any related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of insurance products (Life and General) and the regulatory environment in Nigeria.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet strict deadlines.
