Job Description

• We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. We are looking for a results-driven professional to drive sales growth, develop marketing strategies, and build strong customer relationships.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
• Developing and managing marketing campaigns, social media, and content creation.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools.

Nice to Have:

• Certification in sales and marketing (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics).
