Sales Executive at Gafford Property & Homes

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and guidance on property investments.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to provide informed insights to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
