Sales and Marketing Manager at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's objectives, target markets, and growth targets
• Negotiate sales contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and branding initiatives to raise awareness of our products and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the recycling or environmental industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office suite, and digital marketing tools. Experience with marketing automation platforms is desirable.
