Sales and Marketing Manager at Dizpharm Nigeria Limited

Key responsibilities

• Develop: implement effective sales, and marketing strategies to achieve company targets for pharmaceuticals, bottled water, and animal supplements.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and build partnerships with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, veterinary clinics, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the pharmaceutical, water, and animal health sectors.
• Manage promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, product launches, and advertising initiatives.
• Achieve sales quotas by generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales with key clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries is a must
