Sales and Marketing Executives at Jenniez School of African Interior Design

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract prospective students and increase enrollment. This role requires a blend of digital and traditional marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants.
• Conduct market research to identify potential student segments and outreach opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries, providing detailed information about our programs and admissions process.
• Organize and participate in open houses, school tours, and other events to showcase the school’s offerings.

Marketing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
• Create engaging content for the school’s website, blog, social media channels, and email newsletters.
• Manage and update the school’s website to ensure it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines.
• Utilize analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Traditional Marketing:

• Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as print ads, brochures, and mail campaigns.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, high schools, and community organizations to promote the school and its programs.
• Represent the school at trade shows, community events, and other relevant gatherings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or interior design sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
