    Sales and Marketing Executive (Hybrid)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at PrimeTech. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, and a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies to manufacturing companies in Nigeria.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Academy Director to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving annual revenue target.
    • Develop a B2B sales funnel and increase conversion to meet the quarterly revenue target for training.
    • Leverage relational skills to source, develop companies’ decision makers, especially Heads of Departments and functions, Training Managers, HR Managers to land training contracts.
    • Drive PrimeTech registration on companies’ vendors platform (e.g. Coupa) as training vendors.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
    • Develop a database of current and prospective clients.
    • Initiate and contribute to the development of training proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Key KPIs include Quarterly Revenue target, # leads generated monthly, Conversion rate etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Expert knowledge in B2B sales in Tech.
    • Previous experience in IT & Digital training sales, or related fields is a must.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO etc. and how these skills can be used to build strong sales funnels and achieve high conversion to revenue.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and articulate complex ideas.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and relational skills and attention to detail.
    • Formal qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related field. (those with lower qualifications can apply as long as they have practical experience in this area).
