Sales and Logistics Officer at Pharma Ethics

Job Description

• We are seeking a Sales and Logistics Officer to manage the order fulfillment process, from receiving and compiling orders to packing, dispatching, and monitoring deliveries. 
• The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in all logistics and sales documentation, including Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and oversee the smooth distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, compile, and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Confirm and validate Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and other relevant documents before processing.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to pick, pack, and arrange orders for dispatch.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, packaged.
• Track and monitor deliveries to ensure orders reach customers as scheduled.
• Confirm successful deliveries with customers and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Maintain a database of dispatch records and proof of deliveries.
• Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to manage stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Ensure all sales and logistics records, invoices, and LPOs are properly documented and filed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in order processing, sales support, and logistics within a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Exceland other inventory/order management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skillsto handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
