    Sales and Lead Generation Specialist – Mechanic Workshop (B2B & High-Ticket Clients)

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with top businesses and high-ticket clients for our mechanic workshop. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue by establishing lasting relationships with key clients and providing tailored automotive repair and maintenance solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Research and identify high-potential B2B clients and high-net-worth individuals.
    • Develop a database of target companies, fleet operators, and premium vehicle owners.
    • Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and industry networks to find and qualify leads.

    Sales Strategy Development:

    • Craft and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the automotive repair industry.
    • Set sales goals and create action plans to achieve them.
    • Keep up-to-date with market trends to refine pitches and value propositions.

    Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

    • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person meetings.
    • Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as fleet managers, procurement officers, and business executives.
    • Present customized solutions that align with client needs, emphasizing quality service and expertise.

    Contract Negotiation and Closing:

    • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships and recurring business.
    • Close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction and maintaining profitability.

    Client Retention and Upselling:

    • Maintain excellent post-sale communication to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and client feedback to measure performance.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to management on progress and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience:
      • Proven track record in B2B sales or lead generation, ideally within the automotive or related industries.
      • Experience working with high-ticket clients or premium service offerings is highly desirable.
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
      • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
