    Sales Account Manager

    Purpose Statement

    • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As the sales account manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our investment unit, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and increasing revenue. You will utilize your strong sales experience to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
    • Focus on deposit mobilization, securing high-value deposits, and expanding the company’s investment portfolio.
    • Identify, acquire, and retain clients for credit and BNPL offerings, ensuring high conversion.
    • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring continuous business growth.
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
    • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize product offerings and client engagement strategies.
    • Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports to assess progress toward revenue goals.
    • Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies to boost product adoption.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of proven experience as an account manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in deposit mobilization, credit, or retail products.
    • Strong understanding of financial products, including investment, lending, and digital payment solutions.
    • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills to acquire and retain high-value clients.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
    • Experience working with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with both corporate and individual clients.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
