• We are seeking skilled and experienced Road Contractors to work on road construction projects within our estate. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record in road construction, strong technical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within set deadlines.

Job Description:

• Plan, design, and construct roads within the estate according to project specifications.
• Conduct site preparation, including clearing, grading, and leveling.
• Install drainage systems, curbs, and other necessary road infrastructure.
• Use appropriate equipment and machinery to execute roadworks effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations during all project phases.
• Monitor material usage and manage resources to optimize project efficiency.
• Collaborate with estate management and engineers to meet project goals and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to estate management.
• Identify and resolve any challenges or risks that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a road contractor with a minimum of 3 years in road construction projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of road construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Valid certification or licensing as a road contractor (if applicable).
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Proficiency in operating road construction machinery and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Must provide references from previous projects.
