We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Assurance Manager to oversee revenue tracking, prevent financial leakages, and optimize profitability. This role is crucial in ensuring that all revenue streams are accurately recorded and maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and reconcile sales transactions across all revenue streams.
• Identify and mitigate revenue leakages, fraud risks, and inefficiencies.
•  Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure accurate recording of sales.
• Analyze pricing strategies and discount impacts on overall revenue.
• Oversee invoicing and collections to minimize outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize revenue performance.
• Prepare revenue reports and insights for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, or audit (experience in the food industry is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify revenue risks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
