    Retail Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Inventory management / monitoring, staff recruitment / training / supervising, loss prevention/control
    • Stock taking, merchandise procurement
    • Conduct regular store inspections, identify areas for improvement & take corrective actions when necessary
    • Manage customer complaints & inquiries, resolving issues promptly & professionally.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
    • Must be Female
    • 27 - 35 years old
    • Previous work experience in a similar role in a Retail Supermarket is an advantage
    • Experience in inventory management, merchandising, procurement & marketing is an advantage
    • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service to customers.
