We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Store Manager to oversee the sales, deliveries, and day-to-day operations of our fashion retail store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and customer service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Oversee the sales floor, monitor sales activity, and ensure the store meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Manage a team of sales representatives and customer service staff, providing coaching and guidance to improve performance and ensure exceptional customer
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate delivery of new merchandise and customer orders.
Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and a culture of excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Provide regular reports on store performance to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue
