Retail Shop Agent

Job Description
- Attending to walk in customers in a timely manner.
- Upselling and crosselling of company products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues and send feedback report.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
- 0 - 2 years work experience.
- Applicant must have completed NYSC, and not more than 30 years of age.
- Should have customer service experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Computer Literacy.
Salary
N49,000 monthly with other benefits.
