    Logistics Coordinator (International Logistics Experience)

    Job Summary

    • The Logistics Coordinator manages the day-to-day movement of shipments across the organization network. The role ensures that every shipment is properly validated, routed, compliant, handed over correctly to carrier partners, and successfully placed in transit.
    • You will coordinate exports, imports, cargo, carrier pickups, warehouse handling, and operational documentation to ensure smooth logistics execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and assign shipments to the appropriate carriers based on destination, service type, and timelines
    • Coordinate export and import operations to ensure smooth cross-border movement
    • Review and validate shipment details to ensure compliance with customs and carrier regulations
    • Supervise warehouse handling, including packaging, labeling, and sorting of shipments
    • Manage daily pickup and drop-off schedules with carriers and delivery drivers
    • Maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure proper record-keeping
    • Liaise with finance and carrier partners to confirm payments and avoid dispatch delays
    • Oversee cargo consolidation, documentation, and tracking of shipments in transit

    Requirements

    • 4 years logistics or operations coordination experience in a logistics service providing company
    • International logistics/shipping experience
    • Strong understanding of international shipping processes.
    • Experience working with multiple carriers.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational ability.
    • Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
    • Freight forwarding experience.
    • Customs clearance exposure.
    • Cargo consolidation experience.
    • Operations dashboard or logistics software experience.

    Copywriter / Content Strategist (Tech Startup)

    Responsibilities

    • Leading the design and delivery of our content strategy, roadmap and schedule.
    • Write clear super-engaging copy with the brand voice for ads, new blog publications including white papers, infographics, websites, social media posts,email campaigns , sales/landing pages, Case studies, Webinars, and Information products.
    • Conduct thorough research and dig out original niche content to re-use for our content marketing efforts by Analyzing competitor’s content, messaging and distribution tactics.
    • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content creation. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers i.e create, curate and manage all published content (images, videos, written).

    • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, PR, web designers and other professionals.
    • Continuous learning about the target audience for exceptional copywriting. Identifying target audiences and their key demographics, interest and online behavior.
    • Surveying current customers to understand and validate strategic and tactical decisions.
    • Understands the basics of SEO to make sure that web searchers can find published content and ensures it appears on the first page of Google and other search engines.
    • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels and reach which aid to improve future content marketing, publishing strategies and campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS content marketing,preferably in the Edtech or Fintech.
    • Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags and engagement strategy.
    • Must have empathy for users, and a knack for story telling .
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • The editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
    • Ability to work in a team or individually as when required.
