Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to drive sales, secure retail and hospitality partnerships, and grow the brand’s presence across key customer channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or B2B sales and be confident in identifying prospects, pitching products, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential retail and hospitality partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Pitch and sell the brand’s fragrance and lifestyle products to prospective clients.
• Secure product placements and business partnerships.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall brand growth.
• Conduct market research and follow up on leads.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
• Represent the brand professionally during client meetings and business engagements.
• Attend to walk-in customers, recommend suitable products, explain product features, and process sales/payments professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail sales, or business development.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, or lifestyle-related industries is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Existing network within the hospitality or retail industry is an added advantage.
