As one of our passionate in-store sales representatives, you will ensure we exceed our client's customers’ service expectations. They offer awesome products and we want their customers to purchase from them because they also offer them expert service.
In this role, you will take responsibility for proactively approaching your customers and using your communication skills to build rapport. It’s about the ability to genuinely talk to people about the gear we sell while delivering excellent service.
Conducting sales with walk-in customers by providing professional customer service during and after the sale.
Opening and closing the store under the direction of the Store Manager
Administration duties include stock taking, batching, inventory, and merchandising; Implementation of promotional strategies to increase sales.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have;
Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets and be a sales superstar
A customer-centric attitude
A genuine desire to help people but also have the confidence and experience to sell
The ability to work as part of a team
