About the Role

• We are looking for an Operator to serve as the first point of contact for customers.
• The Operator will handle customer inquiries, process orders through communication apps or phone, and ensure accurate information is passed to the kitchen and dispatch team.
• This role requires excellent English communication, tech-savvy, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via apps, chat, or phone in clear, professional English.
• Take and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Enter and update orders into the system for the kitchen and dispatch teams.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and efficiently.
• Provide updates on order status or delays to customers.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders.
• Work closely with the kitchen, dispatchers, and trackers to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using a laptop, communication apps, chat systems, and smartphones.
