Requirements
We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Operations Manager. The ideal candidate for this role is smart, adaptable, emotionally intelligent with:
- 5 years' experience in managing restaurants
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited higher institution
- Great understanding of cost of sales and stock control management
- Ability to drive sales and revenue with excellent customer service
- Great communication skills
