    Restaurant Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Operations & Service Delivery:

    • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and cleanliness meet QSR standards at all times.
    • Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house operations.
    • Proactively resolve operational issues to prevent service disruption during peak and off-peak periods.
    • Maintain a customer-focused environment by addressing complaints promptly and turning feedback into service improvements.

    People Management & Team Performance:

    • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members to meet operational demands and labor targets.
    • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training.
    • Conduct performance reviews and recommend disciplinary or recognition actions in line with company policy.
    • Build a high-energy, accountable team culture focused on service excellence and teamwork.

    Inventory, Cost & Profit Control:

    • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage, theft, and expiries.
    • Monitor food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses against approved budgets.
    • Review daily sales, variances, and cost reports, and implement corrective actions where required.
    • Ensure accurate cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and compliance with financial controls.

    Quality, Safety & Compliance:

    • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
    • Ensure all equipment, facilities, and storage areas are clean, functional, and well maintained.
    • Prepare the outlet for audits, inspections, and internal reviews, ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.

    Reporting & Stakeholder Management:

    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
    • Communicate operational challenges, staffing needs, and improvement opportunities proactively.
    • Collaborate with support functions (HR, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 8 years experience.
