Restaurant Manager (Fine Dining) at Juremi Group

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a fine dining restaurant in Abuja. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing high-end restaurants, with a proven track record of success in driving growth, building a loyal clientele, and leveraging their network to elevate the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Lead and manage a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and performance
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, utilizing a strong network within Abuja
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and restaurant regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing fine dining or high-end restaurants
• Strong network and ability to attract and maintain a steady flow of customers
• Proven track record of growing and managing successful restaurants in Abuja
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of customer service
