Restaurant Manager at BEXIL Group

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our fast food and dining operations at BEXIL Gardens. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to oversee all restaurant activities—from kitchen coordination to front-of-house management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant section (fast food, grills, and fine dine).
• Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences.
• Manage restaurant staff including chefs, cooks, waiters, and cashiers.
• Supervise inventory, food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and reduce costs.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare regular performance and financial reports for management.
