Summary:

Oversee the activities of our restaurants. As a Restaurant Front Operations Supervising Manager, you will ensure that all restaurants under your purview adhere to set standards in a way that will enhance customers satisfaction and at the same time maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Restaurant Managers to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction goals and turn around strategies for the locations
• Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to maximize efficiency and cost control
• Manage labor costs and ensure all staffing levels meet customer demand
• Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and adherence to all safety and quality standards
• Carry out periodic competitors survey.
• Analyze restaurant performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Work with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies tailored to their local market.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development to Restaurant Managers
• Address employee concerns and ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Foster strong relationships with Restaurant Managers and other regional teams
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the QSR industry
• Proven track record of success in driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of ERP software.
