We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our hospitality family as a FLOOR MANAGER.
As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
You will work closely with the kitchen staff and wait staff to ensure that all food and drink orders are handled promptly and efficiently.
And you will also be responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies, as well as conducting regular staff training and development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
HND/B.sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
