JOB SUMMARY
- The Resourcing & Engagement Manager oversees nationwide HR operations and service delivery for Halogen’s pool of operatives and related outsourced staff. This includes recruitment, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement, to strengthen the employee experience and enhance retention.
