    Resourcing & Engagement manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Resourcing & Engagement Manager oversees nationwide HR operations and service delivery for Halogen’s pool of operatives and related outsourced staff. This includes recruitment, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement, to strengthen the employee experience and enhance retention.

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
    • Related Master’s degree would be added advantage
    • Relevant HR professional certification e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI.
