    Residential Air Conditioning (RAC) Technician/Engineer

    • Oversee and conduct the installation of RAC units, including split, window, and ductless systems.
    • Perform pre-installation assessments to determine the best locations and methods for installation.
    • Test and calibrate the AC systems post-installation to guarantee optimal performance.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues in RAC systems.
    • Replace faulty components such as compressors, fans, or condensers, and ensure repairs meet industry standards.
    • Check refrigerant levels and refill as necessary while ensuring no leaks.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to residential customers regarding the use and maintenance of their AC systems.
    • Educate clients on proper AC usage and basic maintenance tips to prolong system life and efficiency.
    • Address customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs, including technician activity and customer interactions.
    • Prepare and submit reports on system performance and work completed to the manager.
    • Track and monitor warranty expiration dates and ensure services are performed in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines to preserve warranty validity.
