We are looking for motivated and analytical interns to join our Research, Strategy & Intelligence (RSI) team. This role offers hands-on exposure to research, data analysis, and strategic planning, providing a strong foundation for a career in strategy, consulting, or analytics.
As an Intern, you will work closely with senior team members to conduct structured research, generate insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives that inform Dataleum’s growth, market positioning, and product direction. This role provides practical exposure to real business problems and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Contribute to strategy formulation through competitor benchmarking, insight generation, and opportunity analysis.
Support the development of strategic plans, business cases, and recommendations for new initiatives.
Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
Develop clear, well-structured reports, presentations, and research outputs for internal stakeholders.
Participate in strategy meetings and contribute meaningfully to planning discussions.
Maintain organized research and data repositories to ensure accessibility and consistency.
Assist in analyzing performance gaps between current outcomes and strategic objectives.
Requirements
BSc or HND in an analytical or related discipline.
Recent graduate or NYSC corps member (0–1 year of experience).
Strong interest in research, strategy, and intelligence within the edtech space.
Basic understanding of data analysis, including Excel, dashboards, or introductory analytics tools.
Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
