Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research and Technical Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing customer data, and creating compelling content that showcases the value and capabilities of our AI-powered research platform. You will work closely with our research and development team, marketing team, and clients to deliver high-quality content that effectively communicates complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer behavior, and market insights to identify key findings and develop data-driven reports.
• Utilize our AI-powered research platform to analyze customer data, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to continuously improve our data analysis methodologies and algorithms.

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging and informative content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog articles, and product documentation, that demonstrate the value and benefits of our AI-powered research platform.
• Write clear and concise content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the content aligns with the company's branding, tone, and messaging guidelines.

Thought Leadership:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, advancements in AI technology, and customer research methodologies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to showcase the company's expertise through speaking engagements, industry conferences, and thought leadership articles.

Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and develop customized research reports and content that align with their goals.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of experience as a Research and Technical Content Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong background in research methodologies, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Python, R, Excel) and experience with AI-powered research platforms are desirable.
• Knowledge of customer research methodologies, customer journey mapping, and customer segmentation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in creating technical content, such as whitepapers, case studies, or product documentation, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
