PURPOSE OF THE TENDER
LPF is an indigenous humanitarian organization that is committed to providing humanitarian interventions to victims of crisis and other situations of violence that lead to displacement of humans.
Within the framework of its interventions in Borno State, LPF is requesting for a quotation from your company for:
Framework Agreement with a company providing the services will be signed following mutually agreed conditions, specifications and period with possibility of extension.
LPF expectations from emerging Vendor/Service Provider consist of:
• The vendor/contractors shall ensure that their employees have valid employment contract and are insured and medically treated in case of injury. The Contractor accepts full responsibilities regarding the freight movers, or other Vendor associates or representatives, Casual workers etc and assumes their coverage for any health and medical insurances, damages or losses and accident costs.
• The contractor must provide freight movers with all protective equipment, uniform, etc for safety & security depending on the situation on ground.
