Request for Proposal - Procurement of Assistive Device for Vulnerable Persons Including Persons with Disability Activity 3.5 at Learning Through Skills Acquisition Initiative - LETSAI

LETSAI is calling upon potential Bidders suppliers/vendors to submit their proposals regarding procurement of  Assistive device for Vulnerable persons including persons with disability  Activity 3.5 to be delivered at No. 313 Pompomari by pass Opposite Kotoloma Filing station Maiduguri, Borno State. 

Procedure: 

1. Bidders are expected to collect the following
   1. Request for Proposals (RFP) 
   2. Impartiality form from LETSAI in Maiduguri.
2. Bidders are expected to submit quotation for Procurement of Assistive device for Vulnerable persons including persons with disability Activity 3.5
3. Bidders are expected to attach alongside the quotation the following document 
   1. Certificate of incorporation 
   2. Tax certificate 
   3. Bank detail form 
   4. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFQ)
   5. Impartiality forms 
4. Bidder is expected to sign and stamp all the above documents
