    Relationship Officers

    The Opportunity:

    We are looking for enthusiastic and member-focused Relationship Officers to be the face of SavingsBox Multipurpose Cooperative Society. You will be responsible for acquiring new members, fostering strong relationships with our existing community, and ensuring they fully utilize the range of our financial products and services. If you are passionate about financial inclusion and possess excellent interpersonal skills, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively prospect and onboard new members (individuals, groups, businesses) to SavingsBox Multipurpose Cooperative Society , explaining the benefits and processes of membership.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing members, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and understanding.
    • Identify member needs and proactively cross-sell relevant products and services (savings, investments, loans) to enhance their financial well-being.
    • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
    • Conduct regular outreach and engagement activities to maintain high member satisfaction and retention.
    • Gather market intelligence and member feedback to contribute to product development and service improvement.
    • Achieve individual and team targets for member acquisition, product adoption, and engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor\'s degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Sales, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Marketing, preferably within financial services.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
    • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for member service.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
