Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Alimosho for a Relationship Officer. In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Traction Apps.
• Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing solutions, maintaining effective communication, and helping clients leverage Traction Apps' resources.
• You will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and streamline service delivery, contributing to client retention and business growth.

Qualifications

• Skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving, ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend relevant solutions to enhance their business operations.
• Basic knowledge or experience with financial products, SME operations, and business processes is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with relevant tools and software, such as CRM platforms, is a plus.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
