Relationship Officer - Private and Personal Business at Trovest Capital Partners

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Relationship Officer to join our Private and Personal Business team. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on assigned sales budgets, increasing Assets Under Management (AuM), and developing customized investment portfolios for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on assigned Asset Management sales budgets (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Set, monitor, and report on assigned Sales Team Performances
• Deploy strategies to increase AuM and Liability Targets
• Identify and onboard potential clients, propose new business ideas, and explore new business opportunities
• Initiate customer retention strategies and behavioral patterns
• Develop and manage customized investment portfolios and discretionary funds for institutions and corporations
• Analyze financial statements to establish viability of investment proposals
• Offer investment advisory services and deliver investment solutions to clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Deliverables:

• Achieve financial target of N1 billion (100% appraisal)
• Meet sales target vs achievement (value-based)
• Achieve resumption target of at least 50% within three months of resumption

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business Development-related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in banking/asset management
• Strong knowledge of the asset management business, alternative and structured investments, and retail/institutional sales
• Analytical, numerical, and planning skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills.
