Our client, a global reputable Commercial Bank, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position.

Job Summary

• Drive growth and visibility of the bank’s value chain offerings within assigned regions by identifying key ecosystem players, deepening market penetration, and generating new business from MSMEs, merchants, distributors, and aggregators.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and map out key players in regional value chains across industries (e.g., trade, manufacturing, agriculture).
• Engage, onboard, and manage ecosystem stakeholders including vendors, aggregators, and SMEs.
• Drive awareness and adoption of the bank’s digital products and payment platforms across the value chain.
• Collaborate with product, digital banking, and retail teams to tailor offerings.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback for product enhancements.
• Achieve set KPIs including revenue growth, wallet share, and customer acquisition.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in banking, FMCG, B2B sales, or ecosystem development.
• Good understanding of regional commerce and customer segments.
