    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    We\'re seeking  results-driven Regional Sales Officers to lead our sales efforts in each region. The successful candidates will provide support to our external product agents, market our products to dental clinics and other relevant prospects, and drive business growth in their region of assignment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Agent Support:

    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to external product agents within the assigned region.
    • Ensure agents have the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively promote our products.

    Product Marketing:

    • Market our products to dental clinics and other relevant prospects within the assigned region.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.

    Lead Generation:

    • Travel within the assigned region to source for leads and build relationships with potential customers.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products.

    Sales Performance:

    • Close sales deals with at least 3 new profitable leads every month.
    • Ensure continuous product sales to existing and new leads.

    Reporting and Communication:

    • Provide daily reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
    • Submit a summary of monthly reports on the 2nd day of every new month, including:

    Sales performance metrics

    Market updates

    • Challenges and opportunities
    • Communicate sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical industry.
    • Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with sales analytics and performance metrics.
