Reports to: Sales Director SSA

• This key role  will see you developing and overseeing a strategic plan that’ll drive both sales and growth across a dedicated region. You will:
• Recruit and develop an elite team of sales reps
• Keep your team engaged, motivated, and able to perform to their absolute best
• Provide coaching, training and support
• Manage project and contacts
• Go out into the retail world to make sure the in-store conditions for our products are the best they could be.
