    Regional Sales Manager (North East)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Creating sales plan weekly and monthly based on the annual sales target, aligning with the HOS before cascading to the KDs within the North East region.
    • Review with the KDs during trade visits and track to ensure that the KDs and supervisors are updated on a daily /weekly basis. As such achieve or exceed the sales volumes/values goal and targets.
    • Increase /expand the channels through which our products travel to the consumers.
    • Train and retrain the sales team to understand, execute and deliver on the top and bottom-line objectives thereby minimizing cost and maximizing profit for the business.
    • Educate and direct customers on current marketing activities in the business e.g Promotions, Market intelligent (price matrix), competitors’ activities etc.
    • Assist marketing /Trade Marketing in planning trade promotions that will suit our regional peculiarity.

    Requirements

    • Must have a B.Sc, having MBA is an added advantage
    • 15 years cumulative sales experience within the FMCG sector handling Business Categories which includes but not limited to; Home Care, Personal Care, Skin Care, Pharmaceutical Brands, Foods and Dairies from Multinationals.
