Role

• The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, business development, demand generation, and market share growth within the assigned territory.
• This role includes customer management, field force leadership, and marketing activities.

Requirements

• B Pharm degree or equivalent/Life Sciences or Medical, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• An MBA is an advantage
• 2-3 years of team leadership experience in multinational or indigenous environments
• Demonstrable experience managing a sales team of at least 10 members
• Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience
• Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

Compensation

• N400,000 per month, based on experience, competence, and performance track record.
