Regional Sales & Business Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Pharmaceutical , Science
Role
- The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, business development, demand generation, and market share growth within the assigned territory.
- This role includes customer management, field force leadership, and marketing activities.
Requirements
- B Pharm degree or equivalent/Life Sciences or Medical, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- An MBA is an advantage
- 2-3 years of team leadership experience in multinational or indigenous environments
- Demonstrable experience managing a sales team of at least 10 members
- Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience
- Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- N400,000 per month, based on experience, competence, and performance track record.
- Attractive bonus

- Official car.
