Strong leadership, coordination, and programme management experience, preferably in health, NGO, or development settings.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in resource mobilization and project implementation.
Commitment to rights-based, client-centered approaches in sexual and reproductive health.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Health, Development Studies, Registered Nurse/midwife, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred, MPH, MBA).
Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience, including five years in a management capacity in an NGO (preferably SRH)
Familiarity with key national and international implementing, support, and donor organizations in SRH, especially those supporting management capacity developments.
Demonstrated knowledge of SRHR issues, policies, and development frameworks in Nigeria.
Strong skills in people management, financial oversight, and reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively within the North Central Region.
