We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional and Operational Manager to lead and oversee our operations across multiple locations within the automotive division.
This role is critical to driving operational excellence, sales growth, and efficient distribution of products including 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, Kargo vehicles, engine oil, and spare parts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned branches/regions, ensuring sales and operational targets are met.
Manage sales, distribution, inventory, and service delivery for all automotive products (2W, 3W, Kargo, engine oil, and spare parts).
Develop and implement regional strategies to drive market penetration and customer acquisition.
Monitor and improve operational KPIs – sales performance, stock turnover, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely stock replenishment and optimal inventory levels across all locations.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams to align goals and improve efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate branch and field teams; ensure adherence to SOPs and company values.
Analyze regional trends and market intelligence to support decision-making and expansion.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Regularly report performance, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in regional operations, preferably in the automobile or FMCG sector.
Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations with high-volume product turnover.
Strong commercial awareness with a clear understanding of the 2W, 3W, engine oil, and spare parts market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP tools.
Must be willing to travel extensively across regions.
