    Region Business Manager

    • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven regional business manager to lead operations, drive growth, and ensure market leadership in the assigned territory, coordinating all HR duties, Administrative functions and Legal Documentation within the assigned Region, ensuring Operational efficiency, effective people management, proper documentation and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements 

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee and manage all real estate operations within the assigned region
    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability
    • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales and operations team
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
    • Prepare and present regular business reports to senior management
    • Provide administrative role and ensure efficient day-to-day operations in the region
    • Saddle with recruitment and onboarding of junior staff and Business Executives (BEs) to support regional growth
    • Maintain proper filing system and accurate record keeping for all HR and administrative documents 
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations affecting staff and operations 
    • support employee relations, engagement and performance management in line with the company policies 
    • Act as the first point of contact for HCM and administrative matters within the region, escalating issues where necessary 
    • prepare and submit periodic HR/Admin reports to WHCM

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Law, or equivalent international law degree.
    •  Licensed to practice law in at least one major jurisdiction.
    • Minimum 2 years in a senior legal or general counsel role.
    • Demonstrated experience in multinational legal environments and cross-border transactions.
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and compliance standards.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Proven track record in sales leadership, regional management, and team development.
    • Strong knowledge of property markets, sales strategies, and financial principles.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Results-driven with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership approach.
    • Have experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 
    • proven track record in recruitment, employee relations and HR operations 
    • experience managing compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements

    • Timely recruitment and onboarding of junior staff and Business Executives
    • properly documented and retrievable records
