Recruitment Supervisor at Transsion Holdings

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Supervisor.
• The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, supervise recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and ensure vacancies are filled with quality talent within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Lead, coach, and support the recruitment team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Review candidate shortlists and support interview processes.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
