Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources department.
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's workforce by effectively identifying, attracting, and securing top talent.
• As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that our hiring practices align with the company's strategic goals and values.
• You will collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and implement innovative sourcing techniques to fill various positions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for various positions.
• Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job specifications.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and databases for reporting purposes.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruitment officer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
