Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for client-facing opportunities. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring an excellent recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

Qualifications & Skills 

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a #recruitment or talent acquisition role (experience in a consulting firm is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency.
• A client-focused mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
