    Recruitment Intern

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates or NYSC corps members who are enthusiastic about building a career in Human Resources to join our team.
    • As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to assisting with the interview process.
    • This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about the recruitment industry and develop valuable skills in a remote work environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Screening, Shortlisting and recommending qualified candidates for open positions.
    • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
    • Support in Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
    • Assisting in maintaining candidate records.
    • Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Qualifications

    • Fresh graduates or Nysc Corp member with strong interest in Human Resources and Management.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, etc.)
    • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
